Santa Martha Latuvi un pueblo situado en la sierra Juárez existen muchas leyendas que nuestros antepasados nos cuentan una de las más escalofriantes e impactantes es “el señor sin cabeza”

Hace mucho tiempo en este pueblo se organiza los  habitantes de esta comunidad para realizar tequios y reparar los camino y tomas de agua del pueblo. cierto día a la autoridad del pueblo les llego una noticia que se presentaran urgente en las llanuras del pueblo a muchos cerros lejanos de ahí  ya que uno de los ciudadanos que tenía su horno ahí se le había salido el fue de control y parte del monte ya estaba ardiendo asique el alcalde reunió a todo el pueblo para que asistiera   ayudar a pagar el fuego, cuando llegaron al lugar donde todo estaba siendo consumido por el fuego para los  habitantes  resultaba casi imposible apagarlo ya que el humo y la forma en el fuego se desplazaba era muy peligroso entrar x alguna parte apagarlo. pero todos los  habitantes  no les importo y se metieron a como diera lugar apagar las llamas muchos se estaban ahogando entre tanto humo y así pasaron oras y oras y el fuego avanzaba mas y aun cada vez más resultaba imposible apagarlo.

Y entonces el alcalde del pueblo corrió cubriéndose entre las llamas para cortarle el camino al fuego pero después de un tiempo ya no pudo resistir más al humo y al bochorno del   fue alcanzado por las llamas en donde se quemó por completo y donde solo las personas q estaban ahí ayudando pudieron escuchar sus gritos desesperados por poco tiempo mientras se consumía por el fuego. .horas después los  habitantes  pudieron acabar con el fuego que estaba a punto de llegar al pueblo, después fueron a buscar los restos del señor que había sido alcanzado por las llamas y solo encontraron pocos restos de el

Esa noche todos los  habitantes  emprendieron si viaje hasta el pueblo llevando consigo la terrible noticia del fallecimiento de aquel hombre .todas las personas del pueblo asistieron a su velorio y también  a su entierro,

Tiempo después de la desgracia en señor llamado Ernesto q tenía sus terreno x donde se había quemado fue a pastorear sus borregos y de pronto escucho unos ruidos de pena que pedían ayuda y que gritaban desesperadamente el no pudo seguir escuchando eso así que corrió así el pueblo y le conto a su familia lo que el había escuchado y su padre le dijo que lo que estaba en ese lugar eran las penas  del señor que murió calcinado ya q su alma no podía descansar y no estaba tranquila tiempo después las personas también decían que lo escuchaban pero una noche por el mes de diciembre una señora q vive al entrada del pueblo se levantó  en la madrugada  a hacer sus labores domésticos cuando de repente escucho que por el camino estaba gritando alguien desesperadamente  entonces corrió a ver en la calle e que era y vio un señor que caminaba por las calles sin cabeza y en el tranco lleno de llamas y sangre que le brotaba por el cuerpo tiempo después de verlo la señora se enfermó muy grave y tiempo después murió nadie se explicó su muerte

Así pasó el tiempo y mucha gente cuenta que la ha vuelto a escuchar por las noches pero más con frecuencia en  los meses de noviembre y diciembre

Cuentan que su alma no ha podido descansar y q que pena por las calles expresando su dolor
